Cardamom & Cumin Breakfast Yogurt

Ingredients

1 pot of Plain Greek yoghurt
100g chopped dried fruits
50g chopped pistachios
2 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp cumin seeds
½ tbsp cardamom seeds (ideally, toast seeds in a pan over a medium heat, shaking to avoid burning, and let them cool)
1 apple (cored and chopped into segments)
or biscotti biscuits

Method

Mix together the yogurt, dried fruits and nuts with the sugar. Place the cumin seeds and cardamom seeds in the Kingsley Herb & Spice Mill.
Generously grind to taste the blend from the Kingsley Herb and Spice Mill. Mix together.
Use the apple or biscotti biscuits to taste.
